Terms of service

Acceptance

By creating an account on ONMYBIO you accept these terms. If you don't agree with any of them, don't use the service.

The service

ONMYBIO lets you create a public page that brings together your links, socials, events and products at a single address, with visit and click statistics. We work to keep it continuously available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for your account's activity.
  • You must be at least 14 years old to register.
  • Usernames are assigned on a first-come basis. We may reclaim a name that impersonates a brand or person, or that is registered only to resell it.

Your content

The content you publish remains yours. You grant us only the license necessary to host it and display it on your public page. You are responsible for having the rights to the images and text you upload.

Prohibited uses

  • Publishing illegal content, hate speech, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Impersonating another person, brand or entity.
  • Distributing malware, phishing, or fraudulent schemes.
  • Attempting to breach the security of the platform or other accounts.
  • Automating mass account creation or artificially inflating metrics.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, giving notice when reasonably possible.

Plans and payments

The Free plan is free. Plus and Pro are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the period already billed. Prices are shown in euros, VAT included.

Custom domains

If you connect your own domain, you remain its owner and responsible for its renewal with your registrar. We only issue the certificate and route traffic to your page.

Cancellation

You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings. Doing so deletes your profile and content, and your username becomes available again.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law grants you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
